I was invited to the service center to address the defects I had encountered. They resolved all the problems I had reported: a poorly installed speaker (replaced), the steering wheel (replaced), and they also checked all the parking sensors. The last task left was to adjust the door gap, but this is handled by an authorized body repair service (Shagrir).
The entire process took about an hour. The staff were very pleasant to work with. I also had the opportunity to meet Adi Gigi, who was involved in the development of the Model 3.


Overall, it was a very positive experience!
