As the one-year mark with my Tesla approached, it was time for a check-up. Given it’s a Tesla, apart from topping up the windshield washer fluid, there’s not much the manual requires. However, driven by habit and the desire to maintain my car in top condition, I decided to give it a fresh ceramic coating for the summer, polish out the light scratches from washing, and restore its original luster.
So, a year has passed, and my Tesla has clocked 12,100km. In total, I’ve spent 2100 shekels (about $650) on electricity, which amounts to 5 cents per kilometer (this includes a few free Supercharger sessions).
Here are some photos of the process, the result of the work, and the overall look of the car after a year.
