There are quite a few discussions about this issue online; here&#8217;s a link to one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problem was that when turning on the signal at night, with the new firmware displaying the video feed from the turn side on the screen, the flickering and orange tint of the image were quite bothersome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I inquired with Tesla whether this was a warranty issue, I was informed that it&#8217;s a known problem in the first generation of cameras. However, they were not subject to free replacement, and I could replace them at my own expense, with each camera costing 650 shekels (about $200). Fortunately, I found a trace of condensation in one of the cameras, which qualified for a warranty replacement. I decided to pay for the second one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I scheduled a mobile service with Tesla. On the appointed day, the technician arrived to replace the cameras but managed to break the mount of the one I was supposed to pay for \ud83d\ude42 As a result, I got both cameras replaced for free, and now I enjoy a clear picture at any time of day or night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a video describing the issue I had.
